PETME is an expert full-service pet caring facility that offers services for your beloved pet from a wide range of grooming sessions and training programs to a safe, clean and fun daycare and 24 hours boarding facility located right in the heart of Dubai.
We are not your typical dog boarding facility. Our team of pet-loving caregivers treat your pets as if they were their own. We give them expert care and attention they require and deserve. And best of all, your pet gets to play, have fun and socialize with other canine friends all day long!
Our pets are family. Most of the time leaving them because of long travels, work and other personal reasons can be challenging. You, as dog parents want to ensure your dogs are loved and sheltered when you are not around. For this reason and for my deep love for animals we have founded PETME to ensure proud pet owners have another place like home for their pet when needed for any period of time, all year round as we know just how much your pet means to you.
PETME provides superior care and personalized attention to all our pet guests so you can have peace of mind that your pet is in safe hands and happy while you are away. All staff members are experienced and caring and are hand-picked for their love of pets.
To ensure the safety of your pets at all times and help keep your mind at ease, there is always a team member with them in the premises as well as having a dedicated person working overnight shifts 7 days a week. Also, we believe that anyone dealing with a pet should know how to handle emergency cases, and so all staff is required to be certified in Pet CPR and First Aid.
Our facility is a unique and beautifully designed space with overnight accommodation consisting of houses with curved arches resembling French country homes. The facility has been created with state-of-the-art materials of the highest standards and advanced technologies to ensure optimal hygiene across our premises. The flooring of the playgrounds and houses are layered with an antibacterial technology that makes it easy to clean and helps prevent the buildup of bacteria, mold and mildew while reducing odors and stains. It is also soft on your pet’s paws and slip-resistant protecting your pets from dangerous slips and falls. Each of the houses has its own ventilation system in order to eliminate odors, reduce bacteria buildup and helps maintain a fresh clean smell.
With the priority of the safety of your pet, fire alarms and sprinklers are installed throughout the facility and connected to the local fire station in the unlikely event of a fire at our premises.
